Oko Poly Rector Pays Condolence Visit to Late Bursar’s Widow
The Rector of Federal Polytechnic Oko, Dr. Chioma Irene Awuzie, has paid a condolence visit to the widow of the late Bursar of the Polytechnic, Mr. Stephen Udu.
The Rector of Federal Polytechnic Oko, Dr. Chioma Irene Awuzie, has paid a condolence visit to the widow of the late Bursar of the Polytechnic, Mr. Stephen Udu.
During the visit, Dr. Awuzie described the late bursar as a man of virtues and unwavering commitment to duty. She assured the widow of Management’s continuous support to her and the entire family in this difficult period.

The Rector also disclosed that the Polytechnic Management would constitute a committee to work with the family in planning for the burial of Mr. Udu, ensuring that he is given a befitting farewell.

Speaking on behalf of the family, Mr. Clement Udu, elder brother to the late bursar, expressed deep appreciation to the Rector and the Management for their solidarity and assistance since the passing of his brother. He prayed for God’s protection and blessings upon the leadership of the institution.

The Rector was accompanied on the condolence visit by all the principal officers of the Polytechnic.
