The Oyo State College of Agriculture and Technology (OYSCATECH), Igboora, has announced an upward review of fees for various academic services provided to students.

The new charges were contained in an internal memorandum dated August 19, 2026, and issued on behalf of the Registrar. The memorandum, referenced OYSCATECH/AA/015, was addressed to all students and stated that the revised charges will take effect from September 1, 2026.

According to the memorandum, the review followed a comprehensive assessment of the prices of various services previously rendered to students. However, no detailed justification for the increases was provided in the notice.

Under the revised charges, academic transcripts will now cost ₦25,000 per result, while student copies of academic transcripts will attract ₦10,000 each. Official certificates have been fixed at ₦35,000 per result.

Other revised charges include:

• Proficiency in English letter — ₦12,000 per copy

• School or parastatal results verification — ₦10,000 per result

• WES verification — ₦15,000 per result

• Electronic mailing — ₦6,000 per copy

• Graduating fee for ND and HND results — ₦25,000, applicable from the 2026/2027 academic session

• Loss of notification of result — ₦15,000 per result

• Error or correction on certificates — ₦15,000 per result

• Reprinting of academic transcripts — ₦15,000 per result

• Reference letters or attestations — ₦5,000

• Notification of results — ₦15,000

• Alumni fee — ₦5,000 per student

• Late collection of notification of results after three years of graduation — ₦10,000

• Late collection of certificates after three years of graduation — ₦50,000

• Error or correction of notification of results — ₦10,000 per result

• Late submission of registration kits — ₦7,500 per student

The college has urged all students to familiarise themselves with the revised charges ahead of their implementation.

It further stated that every application for any of the listed services must be accompanied by the appropriate payment from the effective date of September 1, 2026.

All students are expected to comply fully with the revised rates.

The memorandum was signed by Mrs. M. T. Ayantola, FCPM, Deputy Registrar (Academic Affairs), for the Registrar.

Students have been advised to take note of the revised charges and plan accordingly as the new rates become effective.
