Sokoto Indigenes Congratulate Prof Sabo on ABU DVC Appointment

The Sokoto State Indigenes Resident in Zazzau Association has congratulated Professor Bello Sabo on his appointment as Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Administration, Ahmadu Bello University (ABU). The association's members visited Prof Sabo in his office to felicitate with him.

The Chairman of the association, Alhaji Salihu Dan Halima, expressed delight over Prof Sabo's "well-deserved elevation" and commended his outstanding record of service and commitment. He cited instances where Prof Sabo facilitated access to state scholarships for Sokoto indigent students and served as a mentor to many students and staff of Sokoto origin.

Prof Sabo thanked the association for the honor and goodwill visit, assuring them of his continuous support and cooperation in their developmental efforts. He urged members to encourage younger Sokoto indigenes to pursue education with dedication and seek admission into ABU .
