Sule Lamido University Announces End of First Semester Break for 2024/2025 Academic Session

Sule Lamido University (SLU), Kafin Hausa, has officially announced the conclusion of the First Semester break for the 2024/2025 academic session. According to a circular released by the Office of the Registrar, the semester break will end on Sunday, April 13, 2025, with normal academic activities for the Second Semester set to resume on Monday, April 15, 2025.

The directive, signed by Izziddin Ibrahim, Acting Academic Secretary on behalf of the Registrar, emphasized the importance of strict compliance with the approved academic calendar. All students are therefore expected to return to campus and resume their academic activities without delay.

In line with this, Deans of Faculties and Heads of Departments have been instructed to ensure all necessary arrangements are made for the seamless commencement of the new semester. The circular was also copied to key university officials, including the Vice-Chancellor, Deputy Vice-Chancellors, Registrar, Bursar, University Librarian, Deans, Directors, and other relevant administrative units.

Students and staff are urged to adhere to this directive and prepare for the resumption of academic engagements as scheduled. Notices have been placed on all university notice boards for wider dissemination of the information.
