BUK Holds One-Day Sensitisation Workshop on Effective Service Delivery

The Directorate of SERVICOM, Bayero University, Kano (BUK), has organized a one-day sensitisation workshop on effective service delivery in the university system for staff and students.
Two papers were presented during the workshop by the Director of SERVICOM, Prof. Sani Ibrahim, and Prof. Maikano Madaki, on "Institutionalising Service Excellence in BUK" and "Quality Service Delivery in Nigerian University System" respectively.
The workshop was chaired by the former Registrar, Dr. Sani Ibrahim Amin.
