Taraba State University Announces Mid-Semester Break Amid ASUU-FG Impasse

Taraba State University, Jalingo, has declared a mid-semester break effective immediately. The decision follows the ongoing negotiations between the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) and the Federal Government of Nigeria, which has created uncertainty.

All returning students have been advised to proceed on break until further notice. However, newly admitted students can continue to accept their admissions and register.

The university management regrets any inconvenience this may cause and assures students that further updates will be communicated.
