The accreditation positions TAU among a select group of universities whose accounting programmes meet globally recognised standards for academic quality, professional relevance, and excellence.

With the accreditation, Thomas Adewumi University is now officially recognised as an ACCA-accredited university and an official ACCA partner, providing its Accounting students and graduates with significant professional advantages.

According to the university, graduates of the B.Sc. Accounting programme will be eligible for ACCA examination exemptions, enabling them to complete fewer professional examinations on their journey to becoming globally recognised Chartered Certified Accountants.
