Thomas Adewumi University Secures Full Accreditation for Five Programmes

Thomas Adewumi University (TAU) has achieved a landmark success, receiving full accreditation for all five academic programmes presented to the National Universities Commission (NUC) during the November 2025 accreditation exercise.  

The accredited programmes include:  

Faculty of Law  

- Law  

Faculty of Basic Medical & Health Sciences  

- Human Anatomy  

- Public Health  

- Physiology  

- Physiotherapy  

Vice-Chancellor Professor Francisca O. Oladipo expressed gratitude to the university community, praising the collective effort and resilience of staff and students. “This milestone would not have been possible without the perseverance and excellence demonstrated by our staff and students. We appreciate everyone who contributed to this success and for positioning Thomas Adewumi University as a hub of academic excellence,” she said.  

The achievement underscores TAU’s commitment to quality assurance, academic growth, and its vision of becoming a leading institution of higher learning in Nigeria.
