The Acting Vice-Chancellor of the University of Abuja (now Yakubu Gowon University), Professor Mathew Adamu, has received a visit from Dr. Victoria Amu, Chairman of the National Committee for the Advancement of Occupational Therapy and Speech Education and Director of Occupational Therapy at Edo Specialist Hospital.

The visit aimed to discuss the establishment of Occupational and Speech Therapy programs at the university. Professor Adamu, a renowned veterinary scholar with extensive academic and administrative experience, is leading the institution through its transition phase ¹.
