The management of University of Ilorin has released urgent notice on postgraduate qualifying exam as monitored by myschoolnews

This is to inform all applicants seeking admission into the University of Ilorin Postgraduate programmes and the general public that the Qualifying Entrance Examination for the 2021/2022 Postgraduate Admission has been scheduled to hold as follows: Date: Saturday, 5th November, 2022

Time: 8.00am-11:00am

Venue: See the attached list of venues

Candidates are advised:

i) to arrive at the Venue of the examination at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination. Please check the attached schedule for your guidance and due compliance;

ii) to adhere strictly to the guidelines of COVID-19 as prescribed by PTF on COVID

 

iii) The use of face/nose mask, physical distancing, etc; iii) to bring to the venue, photocopy of the application form and other supporting documents;

iv) not to come to the hall with any of the following, in line with the University of Ilorin Examinations Guidelines cell phone/handset, calculator/calculating machine, digital wrist watch, sunshade, food and drinks of any sort.

v) to dress responsibly in line with the University of Ilorin approved "Dress Code"; and

vi) to note that the University has Zero tolerance for examination malpractice, as culprit(s) would not be spared of the appropriate sanctions. Kindly note that:

 

a) applicants for M.Phil./Ph.D. and Ph.D. programmes are exempted from this arrangement as their respective departments will get in touch with them; and

b) in line with the University of Ilorin Senate approval, graduates of the University of Ilorin with either First Class or Second Class Upper Division, seeking Postgraduate admission in the programme they graduated from are exempted from the qualifying entrance examination.
