UNIPORT Centre for Medical Research and Training Opens M.Sc Medical Education Admissions

The Centre for Medical Research and Training (CENMERT), University of Port Harcourt, has announced the commencement of applications for its Master of Science (MSc) in Medical Education programme.

According to the announcement jointly signed by Ag. Director, Dr. Olubusola Alagbe-Briggs; Co-Coordinator, Dr. Iroro Yarhere; and Co-Coordinator, Prof. Esther Fomsi, interested candidates are required to carefully follow the outlined steps to complete their application and registration.

Applicants are to:

• Pay a non-refundable application fee of N30,000 to U&C Microfinance Bank (Account Name: Centre for Med Research and Training; Account Number: 1100236526).
• Download, print in original colour, and complete the Application Form, Referee Forms (three copies), and Transcript Label Form.
• Submit completed forms in duplicates with attached credentials, including WAEC/GCE certificates, First Degree Certificate(s), Diploma in Medical Education (if applicable), NYSC Discharge/Exemption Certificate, and teller for payment of application fee, to the CENMERT Office.
• Apply for and ensure their official transcript is sent directly to CENMERT with the transcript label.
• Await offer of admission via email.

Upon admission, candidates are expected to pay an acceptance fee of N20,000 to the same U&C Microfinance Bank account and present evidence of payment to collect their admission letter. A registration pack will then be sent by email after school fees payment, to be printed in original colour and submitted with all required credentials.
