University of Abuja Releases Postgraduate Sandwich Admission Form for 2025 Contact Session

The University of Abuja (UNIABUJA) is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into its Postgraduate Diploma in Education and Masters of Education Degree Programmes on a part-time basis for the 2025 contact session.

Programmes Offered:

The university is offering the following programmes:

1. MEd Programmes:

    - MEd Curriculum Studies

    - MEd Educational Administration and Planning

    - MEd Guidance and Counselling

    - MEd Social Studies Education

    - Duration: 24 months (Sandwich Programme) or 30 months (Part-Time Programme)

2. Postgraduate Diploma in Education Degree (PGDE):

    - Mode of admission: Part-Time basis

    - Duration: 18 months

    - Admission requirements: First Degree/HND in a teaching subject

Admission Requirements:

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

- Five (5) credits in 'O' level including English Language and Mathematics at not more than two sittings

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant area of Education with a minimum of Second-Class Lower Division or a first degree in any discipline in addition to a PGDE from a recognized institution

The application fee is Twenty-Five Thousand Naira (N25,000.00) only.
