University of Delta Opens 2025 Admissions for Professional Diploma in Education

The University of Delta, Agbor, Delta State, has announced admissions for the 2025 academic session into its Professional Diploma in Education (PDE) program.

This initiative, spearheaded by the Directorate of Professional Diploma in Education (DPDE), offers a structured pathway for individuals aiming to enter the teaching profession.

The PDE program is targeted at three groups: academically qualified individuals seeking certification as professional teachers, currently employed teachers lacking formal teaching credentials, and qualified teachers who want to enhance their professional and teaching skills.

Successful graduates of the program will receive registration with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN), a significant credential for teachers nationwide.

The program, lasting one academic session, is open to holders of National and Higher National Diplomas, Bachelor’s Degrees, Master’s Degrees, and Doctorate Degrees. Those without formal teaching qualifications are particularly encouraged to apply.
