University of Maiduguri Hosts UNICEF Delegation for Supplies End-User Monitoring Exercise

The University of Maiduguri recently received a delegation from the United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund (UNICEF), led by Mrs. Fridah Karimi Mwingi, a Supply and Logistics Specialist with the agency.
The visit, which took place on Wednesday, February 19, 2024, aimed to conduct a supplies end-user monitoring exercise at the university.
The exercise was conducted under the auspices of the University's Directorate of Consultancy Services Limited. Representing the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Mohammed Laminu Mele, was the Provost of the College of Postgraduate Studies, Prof. Yakubu Mukhtar.
This collaboration between the University of Maiduguri and UNICEF underscores the institution's commitment to ensuring the effective use of resources and supplies, particularly in areas affecting children's welfare.
