Representing the Special Guest of Honour, Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic Services), Professor Mohammed Ahmed Waziri, Professor Mohammed Bukar, Director of the Veterinary Teaching Hospital, emphasized that the ceremony was not a farewell but a celebration of years of dedication, quiet sacrifice, and unwavering service.
