University of Port Harcourt Honors First Class Graduates with Dinner

The University of Port Harcourt recently hosted a dinner in honor of 363 First Class graduates from the 2021/2022 and 2022/2023 academic sessions. The event was part of the Combined Convocation Ceremony and was attended by the Vice Chancellor.

Two students, Victory Abanjo from the Department of Psychology, Guidance & Counselling, and Ibitayo Aloka from the Department of Biochemistry, were celebrated for their outstanding academic achievement. Both students tied for the best graduating student award with an impressive CGPA of 4.89.
