The upgrade covers the complete renovation of the University Records Department and the top floor of the Vice-Chancellor’s wing, reflecting what the administration describes as a strategic push toward improved institutional performance and global best practices.
The Records Department has been redesigned into a more structured and digitisation-ready workspace. The new layout is expected to streamline documentation processes, enhance records accessibility, and improve the speed and reliability of administrative workflows across the university system.
In parallel, the Vice-Chancellor’s wing has also been upgraded with modern office fittings, improved spatial design, and enhanced work environments. The redesign is intended to support more efficient leadership operations while aligning the university’s administrative infrastructure with contemporary standards.

University stakeholders have welcomed the development, describing it as a practical step toward strengthening internal systems and improving service delivery. They noted that the intervention not only enhances working conditions but also reinforces the institution’s drive toward administrative excellence and institutional credibility.
