The visit, which took place on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, highlighted the administration’s commitment to ensuring a stable and reliable power supply to support both academic activities and business operations within the university. Professor Anyaehie emphasized the need for a swift restoration of the solar facility, promising that immediate and permanent solutions would be implemented within the shortest possible time.
In addition to the solar plant, the Vice-Chancellor inspected other critical facilities, including the Animal House at the Faculty of Biosciences, the Jupeb Office, university business ventures, and the Central Store. At each location, he engaged with staff members, collected first-hand information, and discussed strategies to enhance operational efficiency and institutional growth.

The inspections reflect the university management’s proactive approach to resolving infrastructural challenges and reinforcing sustainable solutions for the benefit of the UNIZIK community.
