In a shining example of academic excellence, Farida Amodu has not only graduated with a first-class honors degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos, Nigeria but has also been awarded two scholarships and gained international recognition for her outstanding achievements.

Farida shared her remarkable journey on obtaining her bachelor's degree, emphasizing that her success extends beyond academic accomplishments. Despite not graduating with a first-class, she secured four internships with global organizations in Finance and Consulting. Farida's dedication was further evident through her co-leadership of two impact projects in Lagos under a nonprofit community, benefitting over 500 individuals.

Adding to her list of accomplishments, Farida secured a coveted spot among 740 interns chosen across 33 countries for the 2023 Internship Cohort at Mastercard. During her nine weeks as an Associate Consulting Intern, she not only contributed to consulting projects but also organized a Charity project, created engaging content for the Social Media Intern campaign, and participated in an Innovation Challenge Team project focused on enhancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) efforts at the firm.
