Achievers University Offers PhD Scholarships to 10 Nursing Graduates
The Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of Council of Achievers University, Prof. Bode Ayorinde, has announced a scholarship initiative for graduate nurses of the institution, inviting interested candidates to take advantage of the opportunity during the Induction and Oath-Taking Ceremony of 163 graduates from the Faculty of Nursing Science, held on Wednesday, 5th November 2025, at the University.

Prof. Ayorinde revealed that the first 10 graduating nurses who express interest in academia after completing their internship and national service will be awarded full scholarships up to the PhD level. As part of the initiative, the University will employ these scholars and provide free accommodation, reinforcing Achievers University’s commitment to student development, academic excellence, and healthcare advancement in Nigeria.
He congratulated the parents of the inductees for their support throughout the five-year academic journey and highlighted the University’s investment in nursing education, including the establishment of state-of-the-art smart laboratories to ensure world-class training.
Prof. Ayorinde encouraged the graduates to uphold integrity and good character, emphasizing that their certificates represent more than academic achievement—they are gateways to becoming impactful members of society.
