AFUED Opens 2026/2027 Post-UTME and Direct Entry Screening for Degree Admissions

Adeyemi Federal University of Education (AFUED), Ondo, has announced the commencement of its 2026/2027 Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening exercise for admission into its various degree programmes.

The institution stated that UTME candidates who scored a minimum of 150 marks, as well as Direct Entry applicants with at least 7 points and a minimum of one Merit Pass in their course of study, are eligible to apply.

Applicants are required to have selected AFUED, Ondo as their first choice institution. Candidates who did not initially select the university are advised to process a change of institution on the JAMB portal before applying.

The university outlined the application process as follows:

Candidates are to visit portal.afued.edu.ng to register for the screening exercise after payment of a non-refundable fee of ₦2,000 via Etranzact or REMITA at any commercial bank, or through online debit/credit card payment.

After payment confirmation, applicants are to:

1. Visit portal.afued.edu.ng
2. Fill out the online application form carefully, as editing will not be possible after submission
3. Upload a clear passport photograph without glasses or veil, not more than 50KB in JPEG format
4. Upload SSCE (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB) and NCE/ND results where applicable
5. Provide accurate O’Level/NCE/ND details, as false information may attract legal consequences and admission withdrawal
6. Ensure all fields are correctly completed
7. Cross-check entries before submission
8. Submit the application form
9. Print the Post-UTME screening slip
10. Ensure O’Level results are uploaded on JAMB CAPS before applying if available

Candidates with incomplete O’Level results are advised to wait until release before applying.

Applicants are also required to provide valid email addresses and active phone numbers, as the university will not be responsible for failed communication due to incorrect contact details.
