As the 2026 operational year commences, the Management of Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital (ABUTH), Zaria, has released its 2025 Annual Achievement Report. The review outlines a year of significant digital transformation, infrastructural expansion, and international academic collaboration.

In a statement signed by the Chief Medical Director, Professor Ahmed U. Hamidu, the hospital management extended deep appreciation to the staff for their resilience and professionalism, noting that every unit of the hospital remained fully functional and aligned with the institution’s strategic action plan throughout 2025.

In a move to strengthen its workforce, the hospital promoted 536 deserving staff members and recruited 518 new employees during the 2025 exercise.
