Akintola Aramide Dolapo has distinguished herself academically, graduating with First Class Honours and emerging as the Third Best Graduating Student in the Department of Philosophy at Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Nigeria, during the 2024 academic session.

Dolapo shared that while Philosophy was not her initial intended path, the discipline provided her with "depth, discipline, and direction."

Her undergraduate journey was characterized by a balance of rigorous academic demands and the pursuit of supplementary passions. She engaged in demanding coursework while actively pursuing her interest in Law through elective courses and serving as the Course Representative for Philosophy of Law.

For Dolapo, her study of Philosophy was not a detour but a foundation for her future aspirations in the legal field.

"Philosophy didn’t take me away from Law; it led me to it with clearer eyes and stronger footing. The dream still burns, and I’m on that journey. This milestone, it’s only the beginning,” she stated.
