The announcement was made through the institution’s Media Unit.
Students are urged to carefully review the attached time-table and strictly comply with the rules and regulations outlined in Section 9 of the Students’ Handbook to ensure smooth conduct of the examinations.
Key Examination Guidelines
The Polytechnic emphasized the following mandatory directives for all SIWES students:

Decent Dressing: Students are required to dress appropriately. Clothing such as crop tops, shorts, sleeveless outfits, attire worn without brassieres, or any revealing clothing is strictly prohibited.

No Bags in the Hall: School bags are not allowed inside the examination hall. Students who violate this rule will face disciplinary actions.

Ban on Mobile Phones: The use of cellphones or any mobile devices within the examination hall is strictly forbidden.

Clean and Clear Environment: Exam halls must be kept tidy. Textbooks, loose papers, or any unauthorized materials are not allowed.

Mandatory Identification: Students must present their ID Cards, Blue Card, or duly stamped school fee receipt as proof of registration and payment before entering the exam hall.
The Polytechnic also reminded students to avoid all forms of examination malpractice, emphasizing the institution’s commitment to academic integrity.
