The Management of Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua, Ikot Ekpene, has announced a compulsory meeting for all students of the institution.
The directive was issued through an official notice from the Office of the Registrar.
The meeting is scheduled as follows:
- Date: Monday, 26th January 2026
- Time: 10:00 a.m. prompt
- Venue: Polytechnic Library Conference Hall
Students are expected to arrive on time and be seated prior to the arrival of the Management Team. The notice emphasizes that the meeting is of high importance, and full cooperation, punctuality, and attendance are required from all students.
The management also directed that the circular be widely disseminated to ensure that every student is informed. Copies of the notice were forwarded to the Acting Rector, Bursar, Polytechnic Librarian, all Deans, Directors, Heads of Departments and Units, Security Officer-in-Charge, SUG President, SPI, and displayed on all notice boards.
The notice was signed by Mr. Godswill E. Udofah, MNIM, Acting Registrar of Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic.
