ASUU SSU Chapter Embarks on Indefinite Strike

The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), Sokoto State University (SSU) Branch, has resolved to commence an indefinite strike action, effective immediately.

The decision was made during a congress meeting held on February 26, 2025, at the Centre for Caliphate Studies. The union expressed dissatisfaction with the government's response to lingering issues, including concerns related to the university administration, governing council, and state government.
