Atiba University Oyo: Application Instructions for Diploma, JUPEB, and Scholarship Applicants

The Management of the Atiba University Oyo, has announced the commencement of admission application into the Joint Universities Preliminary Examination Board (JUPEB), Diploma Programme or Scholarship Programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session.

Prospective students seeking admission into Diploma, JUPEB, or Scholarship programmes at Atiba University, Oyo, should follow these steps carefully:

1. Initial Application

• Access the application form via this link.
• Select your mode of entry: “DIPLOMA candidate” or “JUPEB Programmes”.
• Complete all personal information as requested.

2. Registration Number & Payment

• Upon completing the form, a registration number will be automatically generated:
  • Diploma: AU/DIP202+/00++
  • JUPEB: AU/JUP202+/00++
  • Scholarship: AU/SCH202+/0+++
• Copy this number and proceed to pay the application fee using your ATM card.

3. Log Into Applicant Portal

• After payment, log in via Applicant Portal
• Username: Your generated registration number (DIP/JUP/SCH)
• Password: Your surname as entered in Step 1

4. Complete Application Form

• Navigate to “FILL FORM” in your portal and complete the application form.

5. Check Admission Status

• Within 48 hours, click “check admission” to view your admission letter.
• Follow the prompt to pay the acceptance fee within 2 weeks.

6. Upload Results

• After payment of the acceptance fee, return to “check admission” to upload your result and complete all required information.

7. Clearance

• Regularly check the “clearance” section to confirm if your admission has been cleared.

8. Student Portal Access

• Once cleared, log into the Student Portal
• Username: Your DIP/JUP/SCH registration number
• Password: Your surname (as used in Step 1)
• Complete all necessary student information.

9. Payment of School Fees

• Use the portal to pay school fees and accommodation fees via the payment icons.
• Review each icon to understand its purpose.

10. Document Management

• Download, screenshot, and save all forms and documents from your applicant portal.
• The portal is valid for approximately 3 months; reprints will incur additional charges.
