The Digital Media Unit of the Directorate of Public Affairs at Bayero University Kano (BUK) has released a summary of the first 100 days in office of the university’s 12th Vice‑Chancellor, Professor Haruna Musa, fsi.

Professor Musa, appointed as Vice‑Chancellor in July 2025, has focused on “visionary, people‑centred transformation.” Strategic initiatives aimed at positioning BUK among the top 100 universities worldwide, with emphasis on excellence in teaching, impactful research and transparent administration.
