Borno State University Partners with Federal Fire Service

Borno State University has partnered with the Federal Fire Service to enhance campus safety and emergency preparedness. The partnership was sealed during a courtesy visit by the Controller of the Federal Fire Service, Mr. A.E. Madu, to the university's Vice-Chancellor, Professor Babagana Gutti.

The Federal Fire Service will deploy officers to the university to provide standby support and conduct regular training and awareness sessions for university security personnel and staff members. These sessions will focus on fire prevention, emergency response, and safety protocols.

The Vice-Chancellor welcomed the partnership, noting that the presence of the Federal Fire Service on campus is both timely and essential. He assured the Controller of the university's full support and cooperation in ensuring the successful deployment and operation of the Federal Fire Service within the institution.
