CUSTECH Vice-Chancellor Hosts Newly Appointed PAAU Pro-Chancellor in Osara

The Vice-Chancellor of the Confluence University of Science and Technology (CUSTECH), Osara, Engr. Prof. Abdulrahman Asipita Salawu, received the newly appointed Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of the Governing Council of Prince Abubakar Audu University (PAAU), Anyigba, Prof. Muhammed Suleiman Audu, on Wednesday, April 8, 2026.

The courtesy visit, held at the Vice-Chancellor’s office, served as a platform to celebrate academic leadership and strengthen inter-institutional ties within Kogi State.

In his remarks, Prof. Salawu extended his congratulations to Prof. Audu, describing his appointment as a clear reflection of his academic pedigree and administrative prowess. The Vice-Chancellor offered prayers for divine guidance, noting the weight of responsibility that comes with leading the Governing Council of a prestigious institution like PAAU.

Prof. Salawu also used the occasion to laud the Executive Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, for the appointment. He expressed confidence that the Governor’s decision would catalyze significant growth for the state's educational sector.
