FULafia DVC to Deliver Speech at Northern Surveyors Forum

The Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academics) of the Federal University of Lafia (FULafia), Professor Ilemona Adofu, has been invited to deliver a keynote address at the forthcoming Northern Surveyors Forum Conference.

Professor Adofu received the invitation during a courtesy visit by the Surveyor-General of Nasarawa State, Surveyor Makama Ishaya, and the Chairman of the Nigerian Institution of Surveyors (NIS), Nasarawa State Branch, Surveyor Zhisalo Mark.

Speaking during the visit, Mark said the delegation was at FULafia to formally invite the Deputy Vice-Chancellor to the conference scheduled for December 4 and 5, 2026.

He explained that the event would bring together surveying professionals and other stakeholders to deliberate on issues affecting the profession and its contributions to national development.

Responding, Professor Adofu expressed appreciation for the invitation and the confidence reposed in him, assuring the delegation of his availability to participate. He also wished the organisers a successful conference.
