CVCNU holds workshop for advancement, alumni officers

The Committee of Vice-Chancellors of Nigerian Universities (CVCNU) has organised a workshop for Advancement and Alumni Officers of Federal Government owned universities.

The workshop which had the theme: “Institutional Advancement, Alumni Relation and the University Education in Nigeria,” was organised in collaboration with the Conference of Alumni Associations of Nigerian Universities (CAANU).

The event which, took place at the CVCNU Secretariat, Abuja, recently, had in attendance the Director Linkages and Advancement, Federal University of Lafia (FULafia), Dr Muhammad Dahiru Kabiru, and Alumni Relations Officer, Abdullahi Abubakar Sadiq. 

Also in attendance at the workshop was Prof. Yakubu A. Ochefu, the National President, of the Conference of Alumni Associations of Nigerian Universities (CAANU) who doubles as the Secretary General of, the Committee of Vice-Chancellors of Nigerian Universities (CVCNU).
