Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates into the following programmes:
School of Environmental Health Sciences
- National Diploma in Environmental Health Technology (2 Years)
- National Diploma in Epidemiology and Disease Control (2 Years)
- National Diploma in Public Health Technology (2 Years)
School of Community Health
- National Diploma in Community Health (2 Years)
- JCHEW Conversion Programme into Community Health Extension Workers (2 Years)
School of Health Information Management
- National Diploma in Health Information Management (2 Years)
School of Medical Laboratory Technician
- National Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician (3 Years)
School of Pharmacy Technician
- Certificate in Pharmacy Technician (3 Years)
Applicants Must Possess:
- WAEC/NECO (O’Level) or NABTEB with at least 5 credits in Mathematics, English, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics in not more than two sittings.
- Candidates with awaiting results can apply but must have the results before clearance.
- All applicants must have sat for JAMB 2025 (except Pharmacy Technician applicants who will be sitting for an entrance exam).
- JCHEW Conversion applicants must possess an active practising JCHEW licence along with the certificate.
Application Process:
- Pay a non-refundable fee of ₦15,000 only into the college account and keep the evidence of payment (to be uploaded during application).

- Click on “Apply Now”.
- Fill in the correct application details, using personal email and phone numbers (not those of a business centre).
- On completing the form, submit and print a copy of your acknowledgement slip.
