UNIZIK Opens Supplementary Admission Exercise for 2026/2027 Session

Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK) has announced the commencement of its supplementary admission exercise for the 2026/2027 academic session.

The exercise is open to prospective UTME admission candidates who successfully registered for the university’s Post-UTME screening and wish to apply for supplementary admission into various departments of the institution.

The supplementary admission exercise will commence on Wednesday, 16th September 2026, and close on Sunday, 27th September 2026.

The advertisement is for candidates who are willing to study the listed programmes if admitted. Intra-University transfer can only be possible after two years of study.

Candidates who have successfully shopped are to note the following:

• Continually check the “Transfer Approval” panel of JAMB CAPS so as to promptly accept their transfer to the new programme as soon as it is posted.

• Ensure that their O’level result(s) are properly uploaded to their JAMB CAPS to enable the successful processing of their admission.

The advertisement is strictly for candidates who have not already been admitted into any department in the institution.

• Each active user has a limited time to complete the application process.

Steps to Apply

1. Log in to your profile on the applicant portal: https://apply.unizik.edu.ng/

   RECOMMENDED FOR YOU: PLASU Releases 2026/2027 Admission List on JAMB CAPS

2. If you have already purchased the Post-UTME form, go to your Dashboard and click the “Supplementary Admission” card. If you have not, add your O’level results and purchase the Post-UTME form first.

3. Under “Available Programme,” browse the programmes you are eligible for.

4. Click “Add” on up to three programmes of your choice. Only one can be a professional course.

5. Click “Continue,” review your total, then proceed to confirm your reservation.

6. Your paid programmes will appear under “My Programs.”

7. After payment, check the JAMB CAPS transfer page regularly to accept your transfer offer.
