The Acting Commandant of the Nigerian Army School of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering (NASEME), Auchi, Edo State, Brigadier General C.A. Ekeator, on Thursday paid a courtesy visit to the Vice-Chancellor of Edo State University, Iyamho, Professor Victor Olawale Adetimirin.

The Acting Commandant of the Nigerian Army School of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering (NASEME), Auchi, Edo State, Brigadier General C.A. Ekeator, on Thursday paid a courtesy visit to the Vice-Chancellor of Edo State University, Iyamho, Professor Victor Olawale Adetimirin.

The visit reaffirmed and strengthened the existing cordial relationship between the two institutions. Brigadier General Ekeator commended the University for its academic and research strides, noting that the Army School is committed to further collaboration in engineering, technical training, research, and innovation.

In his response, Professor Adetimirin welcomed the Commandant and assured that Edo State University will continue to consolidate on the already established ties with NASEME. He emphasized that both institutions will leverage their comparative strengths for capacity development and national advancement.

According to the University’s Public Relations Officer, Amaechi Kelly Quincy, the visit reflects a shared commitment to sustaining and expanding a partnership that benefits both the academic community and the Nigerian Army.
