Edo State University Iyamho Mourns Former Acting Vice-Chancellor, Professor Dawood O. Egbefo

The Edo State University Iyamho community has been thrown into mourning following the passing of its immediate past Acting Vice-Chancellor, Professor Dawood O. Egbefo.

In an official statement signed by the University’s Public Relations Officer, Amaechi Kelly Quincy, the Management, Staff, and Students described Professor Egbefo as a distinguished scholar, an astute administrator, and a mentor whose dedication, humility, and unwavering commitment to the advancement of education left an indelible mark on the institution.

The statement further extended heartfelt condolences to his family, colleagues, friends, and the wider academic community who now share in the painful loss.
