Ekiti Assembly Education Committee Commends EKSU Vice-Chancellor During Regulatory Oversight Visit

The Ekiti State House of Assembly Commitee on Education, Science and Technology Led by Hon.Jacob Adeyemi Awoniyi, recently paid an oversight visit to Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti.

The visit of the Committee which is a regular routine, was to check the progress, compliance and quality of the projects embarked on by the university. Also, to ensure accountability, transparency, and effective use of the financial support received from the government.

The lawmakers applauded the developments being witnessed in the institution under the present administration and described them as tangible, remarkable and unprecedented.

The Vice Chancellor, Professor Joseph Babatola Ayodele, who received members of the Committee, appreciated them for the visit and their continued support for the university. 

He further assured them of his continued commitment to compliment the efforts of the Governor of Ekiti State, His Excellency, Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji, to reposition EKSU as a model institution for other universities.
