In response to a directive from the National Universities Commission (NUC) to close all Federal Universities and Inter-University Centers, the Senate of the institution has made the difficult decision to close the University temporarily monitored by myschoolnews.

Election Break: UNIMAID Complies with NUC Directive, Announces Temporary Closure of School

In response to a directive from the National Universities Commission (NUC) to close all Federal Universities and Inter-University Centers, the Senate of the institution has made the difficult decision to close the University temporarily monitored by myschoolnews.

As a result, the University will be closed from Wednesday 22nd February to Tuesday 14th March, 2023, and will resume on Wednesday, 15th March 2023. This decision was made with the safety and wellbeing of all staff and students in mind.

The University management wishes to express its gratitude to all staff and students for their understanding and cooperation during this challenging time. The institution is committed to providing a safe and conducive environment for learning and will continue to work towards achieving this goal.
