Emmanuel Alayande University of Education Issues Notice on Registration for New Students
This is to inform Newly admitted students of Emmanuel Alayande University of Education that the management has released the registration process for new students.
STEP 1
- Open your admission portal on the university website www.eauedoyo.edu.ng/application
- Upload your JAMB admission letter (If you are unable to print your JAMB admission letter, you need to seek assistance from the University ICT centre)
- After uploading the JAMB Admission letter, you need to pay for some university required fees (including ID card and Matriculation fees) in order to print the Admission Certification Confirmation
- The Admission Certification Confirmation must be endorsed by the Director of ICT/MIS
- You then need to proceed to the University Admission Office with the following documents
- University Admission Letter
- JAMB Admission Letter
- Admission Certification Clearance
- Receipt of payment for Clearance fee
- Receipt of payment for Admission Certification
STEP 2
- You then need to proceed to the University Admission Office in order where you will present the above five documents together with original copies of your credentials
- Upon Checking your documents, the Admission Office will give you the University Admission Clearance Certificate.
- The next stage is the Faculty Office. However, before you proceed to the Faculty Office, you need to access your student portal page where you must pay the School fees. (You have the option of paying the School fees once or twice. You can choose your preferred option on your student platform)
- Thereafter you need to proceed to your respective Faculty Offices where you need to present the following documents
- The University Admission Clearance Certificate
- Receipt of payment of School fees
- At the Faculty Office, your name will be verified on the admission letter and giving some welcome briefings before you proceed to the Department. You will also be asked to access the e-copy of your Faculty Prospectus to guide you on the courses to register for as well as other university guidelines.
- After this you proceed to your Department. At your department, you will be met by your Head of Department who will formally welcome you and advise you on the process of registering yourself and courses that are important for your course of study

STEP 3
- After the departmental meeting, proceed to the student Registration portal to register for the 2023/2024 Session as a Student of Emmanuel Alayande University of Education
- Upon Registration, you will automatically be given your University Matriculation Number
- Note that only students who have completed registration on the University platform are regarded as bonafide students of the University
- On your personal platform, you can download the lecture Timetable
- Please attend classes punctually. Only students who have attained attendance of 70% will be allowed to sit for examinations
REGISTRATION FOR UNIVERSITY HEALTH SERVICES
- It is important for all students to register for medical Services in the University
- You must complete the required Health Form on your student platform.
- Print the form and go to the University Health Centre for the required Medical tests
- You will be required to also have a Chest X ray examination at the University (at a cost)
- You will be given a Registration Card and other documents to ease your utilisation of the Medical services of the University
REGISTRATION FOR ALLOCATION OF BED SPACES IN THE UNIVERSITY HOSTEL
- Only female students are allowed to register for allocation of bed spaces at the University Student Hostel
- Student should register for hostel accommodation on their portal page. Upon registration, they should proceed to pay the required accommodation fees which is N150,000 per bed space. Successful students would be required to pay additional N20,000 naira as Caution fee payment.
- Bed spaces will be allocated on the basis of first come first served.
- If there are more students than the available bedspaces, the students will be required to ballot for the available number of bedspaces.
- Note that students are given ONLY 48 HOURS to pay for the bedspaces if they are allocated one. nonpayment will lead to the withdrawal of the bedspaces and allocation to another student.
