Federal University Lokoja Clarifies NELFUND Student Loan Disbursement

The Federal University Lokoja has addressed concerns surrounding the disbursement of N188,002,500 in education loans to 1,631 students through the National Education Loan Fund (NELFUND).

The university has confirmed that it has fully complied with NELFUND policies and has taken transparent steps to ensure that all eligible students receive their loan disbursements.

While the majority of students have received their loan disbursements, a small number of cases have been delayed due to incorrect or invalid bank account details. The university is working closely with the affected students and the Bursary Department to rectify these issues and process the disbursements promptly.
