The Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) has officially released its approved academic calendar for the 2024/2025 academic session. This serves as a notice to all students, both fresh and returning, on the scheduled dates for various academic activities.

Key highlights of the calendar include:

- Monday, 30th September 2024: Registration, medical screening, ICT training, and orientation for fresh students will commence.

- Monday, 7th October 2024: Returning students can begin their registration.

- Monday, 14th October 2024: First semester lectures for returning students will start.

- Saturday, 14th November 2024: Late registration with a penalty begins.

- Friday, 3rd January 2025: First semester lectures will end.

- Monday, 13th January 2025: First semester examinations are scheduled to commence.

- Friday, 31st January 2025: First semester examinations will conclude.

- Monday, 17th February 2025: Second semester lectures will begin.

- Thursday, 13th March 2025: The Senate is set to consider the results of the first semester.

- Friday, 9th May 2025: Second semester lectures will end.

- Monday, 19th May 2025: The second semester examination period starts.
