Federal University of Technology Minna VC Conferred CIPMN Fellowship

The Vice-Chancellor of the Federal University of Technology, FUT, Minna, Prof. Faruk Adamu Kuta, has been conferred with the Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Project Managers of Nigeria, CIPMN, in recognition of his contributions to leadership and project management.

The Fellowship was conferred during the 7th CIPMN Induction Ceremony held on June 25, 2026, at the Multipurpose Hall, Nigerian Army Headquarters Officers' Mess, Asokoro, Abuja.

The Head of the Department of Project Management Technology, FUT Minna, Dr. Dorothy Ladi Baba, who received the award on behalf of the Vice-Chancellor, formally presented the Fellowship certificate and plaque to him on Monday, July 20, 2026, in his office at the Senate Building, Main Campus.

Receiving the award, Prof. Kuta expressed profound appreciation to the Institute for the honour, describing the Fellowship as a recognition that would further inspire his commitment to excellence, professionalism and effective leadership.

He reaffirmed his resolve to continue promoting quality project management practices and institutional development in the University.

The Chartered Institute of Project Managers of Nigeria was established by Act No. 3 of 2018 with the responsibility to regulate and control the practice of project management in Nigeria.
