In a statement signed by the SRC President, Comrade Vakuku Kvahim, affected students who have completed the refund application process without receiving credit alerts were urged to promptly contact the council for guidance and necessary intervention.
According to the SRC, the outreach is aimed at gathering accurate information from affected students and providing structured support to facilitate the resolution of delays associated with the NELFUND refund process.

Students concerned have been advised to take any of the following steps for clarification and assistance: engage the SRC via WhatsApp or phone call on 09135600622, visit the SRC Secretariat within the campus, or schedule a direct meeting with the SRC President for detailed engagement.
The council reaffirmed its readiness to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the process, restating its official contact and banking details to the university community.
