FUE Zaria VC Receives 2026 FGN–NASU Agreement

The Vice-Chancellor of the Federal University of Education (FUE), Zaria, Prof. Yahaya Isa Bunkure, has received a copy of the 2026 Agreement between the Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) and the Non-Academic Staff Union of Educational and Associated Institutions (NASU).  

The agreement was presented to the Vice-Chancellor by the Chairman of the NASU, FUE Zaria Branch, Engr. Abubakar Sadiq Suleiman, following the successful conclusion of the renegotiation between the Federal Government and the Union.  

Receiving the document, Prof. Bunkure expressed appreciation to the Union for the presentation and reaffirmed the University's commitment to sustaining a harmonious working relationship with all staff unions.  

He noted that collaboration and mutual understanding remain essential to promoting industrial peace and advancing the University's development.
