The Federal University of Environment and Technology (FUET) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with SectorLead Nigeria Limited to establish the Africa Centre of Excellence for Waste-to-Energy Studies.

The centre is designed to advance research, innovation, and capacity building in waste-to-energy technologies, positioning FUET as a hub for sustainable environmental solutions and energy development across Nigeria and the African continent.
