FULafia Vice-Chancellor Commends Outgoing Bursar for Exemplary Service
The Vice-Chancellor of Federal University of Lafia (FULafia), Prof. Mohammed Isa Kida, has commended the outgoing Bursar of the University, Dr Daniel Anjola Wilson, for his transparency, discipline and commitment to service.
Kida gave the commendation at MIS Multipurpose Centre, Permanent Site of the University, the venue of a send-off event organised in honour of Wilson by the Lafia Staff Unity Forum.
It would be recalled that Wilson was appointed bursar in 2020 by a former vice-chancellor of FULafia, Prof. Muhammad Sanusi Liman, and he went on to serve under, yet, another vice-chancellor in the person of Prof. Shehu Abdul Rahman while he is due to end his term of office under current administration of Kida.

Kida described Wilson as a diligent and accountable administrator whose stewardship has strengthened the University’s financial management system.
Kida urged staff of the University to emulate the virtues of honesty, discipline and integrity exemplified by Wilson in discharging their duties.
In his welcome remarks, Chairman of the Lafia Staff Unity Forum, Mr Zakari Shuaibu, lauded Wilson for his integrity, foresight and commitment to development of the institution.
Also speaking, the Patron of the Forum, Prof. Muhammad Sanusi Liman, and the Chairman of its Council of Elders, Prof. Muhammad Tanko Aliyu, both commended Wilson for his professionalism, transparency and contributions to institutional development.
In his response, Wilson expressed his appreciation to the vice-chancellor and the University's Management for their support throughout his tenure.
He urged staff to remain committed and diligent, stressing that hard work and integrity remain essential to achieving lasting success.
