FUMMSA Extends Post-UTME Application Deadline for 2025/2026 Session

The Federal University of Medicine and Medical Sciences, Abeokuta (FUMMSA), Ogun State, has announced the extension of its Post-UTME application deadline for the 2025/2026 academic session.

The university’s Registrar, Dr. Obayomi Olukayode Gregory, disclosed that the online registration portal, initially set to close on Friday, August 29, 2025, will now remain open until Sunday, August 31, 2025.

According to the announcement, the physical screening exercise for admitted students will be conducted from Tuesday, September 2, to Friday, September 5, 2025. The screening will take place at the Wole Soyinka Library, Federal University of Agriculture (FUNAAB) Campus, Alabata, Abeokuta, Ogun State, beginning at 9:00 a.m. daily.

Dr. Obayomi further stated that all admitted students are expected to resume on Monday, September 8, 2025, for the commencement of registration for the new academic session.

Eligible candidates who wish to participate in the screening are advised to visit the university’s official website, www.fummsa.edu.ng, for detailed information on eligibility criteria, payment of applicable fees, and completion of registration.

The Registrar emphasized that the extension was approved to accommodate more applicants and ensure a smooth admission process for the 2025/2026 academic year.
