The Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) will hold its 106th Inaugural Lecture on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at the Prof. Oluwafemi Balogun Ceremonial Building. The lecture is scheduled to commence at 2:00 p.m., with guests expected to be seated by 1:30 p.m.

The lecture, titled “The Silent Voice: Recognizing and Relieving Pain in Animals for Better Welfare,” will be delivered by Professor Adetola Rasheed Ajadi, a renowned scholar in Veterinary Surgery from the Department of Veterinary Surgery and Theriogenology, College of Veterinary Medicine (COLVET).
