The Federal University of Technology, Minna (FUTMinna), has announced its 133rd Inaugural Lecture and invited members of the Senate, the University community and the general public to attend the academic event.
The lecture, titled "Nature to Nature: The Mirage of Materials Longevity," will be delivered by Engr. Professor Abdulrahman Asipita Salawu, FNSE.
The event is scheduled as follows:
- Date: Thursday, August 13, 2026
- Time: 10:00 a.m.
- Venue: 1,000-Seater Auditorium, Main Campus, Gidan Kwano, Minna.
The University said the inaugural lecture will provide an opportunity for scholarly engagement on issues relating to materials longevity and engineering research.
