Gombe State University Appoints New Security Leadership

Gombe State University has announced the appointment of Retired Lieutenant Commander Jafaru Kamara as Chief Security Officer (CSO) and Mr. Sani Adamu Waziri as Deputy Chief Security Officer (DCSO).

Retired Lieutenant Commander Jafaru Kamara is a seasoned security expert with a distinguished naval career spanning 24 years.

Mr. Sani Adamu Waziri brings extensive experience from his career in the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), where he rose to the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Narcotics. He has a solid background in operational security and strategic leadership, with training from renowned agencies such as the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).
